Yep, Hetaoni is a fanmade game by Tomoyoshi. The game is looks like Ao Oni game, but the story was totally different. She uploaded it to Nico Nico Douga in Japanese languange, but someone translate it into English and upload to Youtube so I can understand it :3

The story is about North Italy, Doitsu, Nihon, and Puroisen whose come in to a haunted mansion.
As another horror game, they can in but can't out from there.
Angst genre will appear as story's going by. If you're know Hetalia, you will see many OOC.

But this game was......... meaningful. Really sad and touching, just watch it and you'll see.
Unfortunately, Hetaoni just have part 1 playable that can be downloaded.
